BOOTCAMP Las Vegas
Hardcore, Straight to the Point approach to your goals! There's no whining, crying, or giving up! Come here to work hard and get the results you've been chasing.
Every week you will participate in cardiovascular, weight, agility & balance and endurance training. We will incorporate kettlebells, ladders, cones, jump ropes, sprints, bands and team work.
This program is 3 days a week for 3 weeks. You can choose Mon, Wed, Fri at 6pm or Tue, Thurs, Sat at 7pm.
@ Red Ridge Park -9135 W. Maule Ave., near Durango Drive and the 215 Beltway in southwest Las Vegas.
