This site is great! The in home training means I can work out when I want, with what I have in my own home. The exercise demos give me a clear and concise picture of what the particular move is supposed to look like, increasing the effectiveness of each exercise. Since working out I have lowered my blood pressure and no longer need to take a pill everyday.
