Total Body Fitness Training -Personalized Workouts is for the beginner to intermediate, 3 days per week, best paired with a nutrition plan to reach your goals.
Total Body Fitness Training -Goal Specific is advanced workouts working towards one or two main goals, 5 days per week, best pair with a strict nutrition plan.
Total Body Fitness Training -Sport Specific is advanced workouts to reach the optimal ability of your sport, 6-7 days per week, best paired with a strict nutrition plan.
