You will focus on the five Major Muscle Groups (Legs, Chest, Back, Shoulders and Abdominals) with this Total Body Fitness Training while utilizing movements that are multi-joint (two joints working at the same time) in nature. This will allow you to develop every part of your body in an effective and efficient manner for better balance and symmetry.
With the online personal trainer for total body fitness you will be able to login, view your workout and videos in pdf format, and then simply print them and take them to your workout.
